Cancellation & Refund Policy – LeadBrix CRM

Thank you for choosing LeadBrix CRM. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains
how
subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for all customers
using our platform.
By subscribing to LeadBrix, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Subscription & Billing
- LeadBrix operates on prepaid subscription plans.
- All subscription charges are collected at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Charges once applied will appear in your registered email and billing account.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel your subscription, follow the
steps below:
- Log in to your LeadBrix Dashboard → Account Settings →
Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Cancelling your subscription stops all future automatic renewals.
3. Refund Policy
LeadBrix follows a no-refund policy for all paid subscription plans.
This means:
- No refunds for partial months
- No refunds for unused days
- No refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle
- No prorated refunds for downgrades
Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, after
which it will
automatically expire.
4. Trial Period Refunds (If Applicable)
- If your plan includes a free trial, and you cancel before the trial ends, you
will not be charged anything.
- If you were charged due to a technical delay, you may request a 100% refund.
Note: Refunds outside the trial period are not applicable.
5. Policy Updates
LeadBrix may update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on
this page with a new
“Last Updated” date. Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated
policy.
